Uqail doesn't deliver your orders. You do, or the courier you work with. What Uqail gives you is the checkout: the countries your customers can choose from, and the delivery price they pay.
The Shipping page#
Open Shipping in the side menu. A new store delivers to Saudi Arabia for free until you set a price, and Saudi Arabia is always on the list. Each card is one price for a group of countries: pick the countries, type the delivery price and save. Leave the price empty and delivery is free.
One price per group#
Your customer sees one delivery price and has no rate to choose between. If the Emirates and Kuwait cost you more than Saudi Arabia, choose Add countries at another price, pick them and set their price. A country sits in one group only.
Free delivery from an amount#
Turn on Free delivery from an amount in a group and type the order total. Set it to 300 and orders of 300 and up deliver free; below that, your customer pays the delivery price.
Countries you don't deliver to#
Customers pick their country from your list at checkout, and an order to any other country is refused, never shipped for free. Delete a group and its countries leave the list. Orders you already have are not touched.
Who delivers#
Once an order comes in, you pack it and hand it to your courier, or deliver it yourself. Uqail doesn't collect the parcel or book a courier for you. When it's on its way, add the tracking number to the order.
